Warm-up:
5 Minute swim at an easy pace
Every 25m switch strokes between freestyle, breast, and CSS.
Rest 5 minutes
Every 2 minutes for 30 minutes complete
100m swim (CSS or breast)
So if it takes you 1:35 to swim 100m, you have 25 seconds of rest time. If you fail to finish a 100m swim in 2 minutes, sit out for one round to recover then get back to it.
