Sandbag get-ups 95 lb
You will do 10 STO then 1 sandbag get-up, 9 STO then 2 sandbag get-ups, 8 STO then 3 sandbag get-ups, etc.
For a sandbag get-up, start laying on the ground on your back with the sandbag on your shoulder. Get up anyway you want safely and effectively with the sandbag shoulder. After coming into the full standing, get back down to the ground any way you want. That is 1 rep. Alternate shoulders as needed.
