3 Zercher squats
Rest 20 seconds
5 Weighted pull-ups
Rest 90 Seconds
 
Increase weight each set for both movements.


-Stamina:
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Curtis P's 135 lbs
200m Run

You will complete 10 Curtis P's then go for a 200m run. Then 9 Curtis P's then a 200m run. Etc
A Curtis P is a power clean, lunge with the right leg, lunge with the left leg, then a push press.
