7RM Deadlift

With the wave sets for the bench press ideally we would like to see your second sets of 5 and 3 be higher than your first sets of 5 and 3. The set of 15 at the end is definitely not going to be anywhere near what the set of 1 that you did. We want you do back off the weight to something that you think you can hit for 15.
