Build up to a weight that you can do for all 5 sets of 3 pause bench press with a 2 second pause in the bottom

Stamina:
Death by Sandbag ground to shoulder 95 lbs
Every minute add 1 rep
Min 1 : 1 Sandbag ground to shoulder
Min 2: 2 Sandbag ground to shoulder
Min 3: 3 Sandbag ground to shoulder

You will continue adding a rep every minute until you cannot achieve the amount of reps that correspond to the minute.
