Strength:
Bench press - 4x8
Weighted pull-ups - 4x10
Hammer curls - 4x12
Skull crushers - 4x15

Build up to a weight for each movement that you can do for all 4 sets of that movement.
Finish all sets of one movement before moving onto the next. Do not rush it and break a sweat. Just get a nice pump
