Bench press - 5,3,1,5,3,15
For the bench press sets increase weight with each set as the reps decrease. Your second set of 5 should be heavier than your first set of five. The last set is 15 reps. After hitting your last heavy set of 3, drop down to a weight that you think you can do for 15 reps.

You can substitute the sandbag with an atlas stone, a big rock, or a small person.
