"Kids call me Mr. Sniffles. Other hand on my nickel plated whistle. One eye closed I'll hit you. As if I was Slick Rick my aim is still an issue. Lose your soul in whichever palm I'm holdin'. One'll leave you frozen, the other, noddin' and dozin." - Thucydides

A sandbag burpee is the same exact movement as a burpee but with a sandbag. Start by holding the sandbag, drop the sandbag to the ground while kicking your legs back so that your thighs and chest touch the ground (think of a sprawl). Bring your legs back up towards your hands with your legs as straight as possible (quit it with the frog jump burpees). Clean the sandbag then press it overhead. Remember to push your head all the way through and have your elbows at your ears.
