Strength
2 Push press - EMOM unit failureAdd 10 lbs every minute
DB Split squats - 4x10 (per leg)

For the push press, start with an empty bar, every minute you will add 10 lbs and do 2 more push press. Continuing until you cannot complete 2 reps unbroken.

Stamina:
Every 5 minutes for 20 minutes
400m Run
5 Deadlifts 315 lbs
10 Lateral sandbag throws 65 lbs
