Deadlifts - 2 Minute Max effort @ body weight
Load up the equivalent (rounded up to the nearest 5 lbs) pf your body weight and knock out as many deadlifts as possible in 2 minutes. Maintain good form throughout. NO TOUCH AND GO!
Stamina:
45 Minute AMRAP
15 Burpees
100m Bear hug sandbag carry 135 lbs
400m Run
100m Single arm farmer's carry 70 lbs
For the single arm farmer's carry do 50m with your right hand and then 50m with your left hand.
