With a partner
50 Minute AMRAP
Partner A: 800m Ruck run @ 35 lbs
Partner B: AMRAP of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
5 Ruck get-ups
10 Air squats

Both partners will be wearing a ruck the whole time.
When Partner A returns from the run, the partners will switch out.
For the ruck get-up you will just get down on the ground facing up with the ruck on your back and then stand up.
