Build up to a weight that you can do for 4 sets of 4 push press.

400m Run
20 DB box step-ups 35 lbs (10 per leg)
10 Pull-ups

Use a 20” box and hold a 35 lb DB in each hand for the DB box step-ups. You will do 10 reps per leg.
