Back squat clusters - 4x2.2.2.2 @ 77.5


For one set of back squat cluster you will: Do 2 squats, rest 20 seconds, do 2 more squats, rest for 20 seconds, do 2 more squats, rest 20 seconds, do the last cluster of 2 and rest for 3 minutes.


Stamina:

9 Minute AMRAP

5 Front squats 185 lbs

7 Chest to bar pull-ups

40m Shuttle sprint (4x10m)


Your front squats must start from the ground.
