Every 90 seconds for 12 minutes complete 3 bench press
Deadlift - 4,4,4,4
Build each set for the bench press. You will do 8 total sets.
Stamina:
5-7 x 50m Sprints
Rest 2-3 minutes
Do 5 to 7, 50m sprints. Once your performance starts to fall off, stop even if its on the 5th sprint.

4 Sets
30 Second Max effort dips
Rest 30 Sec
30 Second Max effort chin-ups
