For the 20-40-20 Sprint, line up 3 markers 20m apart. Start at the middle marker in an athletic stance with the end markers on either side of you. Break either left or right, sprinting down to an end marker, touch the ground, sprint to the far marker, touch the ground, and sprint back to the middle marker.
