The HunterSeven Foundation conducts medical research, clinical education, and supports post-9/11 warfighters (both conventional and SOF) in early cancer detection and screening, but also immediate medical needs assistance. And through their program, they've identified 165 Special Operators who have succumbed to cancer. Of these 165, the average age at the time of their passing was 43 years old. This is unacceptable; more importantly, many of these cancer deaths are PREVENTABLE.
