For today's session, you'll need to find a moderate to steep hill (depending on the weather, a tarmac surface might be better than a trail). Ideally you'll need a hill that allows 100m of uphill running, but use whatever you have available and adjust the session accordingly. The focus today is on attacking the hill efforts, both with and without the ruck.
