Stamina:

20 Minute EMOM

Minute 1: 30 second Max effort Sandbag ground to shoulder 95 lbs

Minute 2: 30 second max distance lateral sandbag throw 95 lbs

 

Each minute you will do 30 seconds of work of the prescribed movement and then rest the other 30 seconds.
