Strength:

DB push press - 4x5

Front foot elevated split squat - 4x8 (per leg)

 

Build up to a weight that you can do for all 4 sets of the DB push press and the front foot elevated split squat. Put your front foot on a 45 lb bumper plate or a 4" platform and hold the barbell in the back rack position.

 

Stamina:

5 Rounds

2 Minute AMRAP

5 Power cleans 135 lbs

5 Burpee box jumps 24"

5 Chest to bar pull-ups

Rest 1 minute
