Strength:
4 Sets
6 Front foot elevated split squats (per leg)
Rest 20 seconds
10 DB strict press
Rest 2 minutes

Use a 45 lb bumper plate or a platform that is 4" high. Hold the barbell in the back rack position for the front foot elevated split squats. 

Stamina:
15 Minute AMRAP
50' Overhead walking lunge 95 lbs
30 Burpees over the bar

10 Pull-ups
