6 back squats + 1 behind the neck jerk
Then 3x1 @ 85% of heaviest complex
After finding a heavy complex complete 1 complex, 3 times @ 85%. Rest 3 minutes between sets
-Stamina:
3-2-9-12-15-18
Burpee pull-ups
KB overhead walking lunges 53 lbs
Use 2 - 53 KBs for the overhead walking lunge.
Make sure you are keeping your shoulders naturally packed (scaps down and in) and to keep the KBs stacked over your midline. Do not shrug up while the KBs are overhead.
