2 Strict press + 2 Push press + 2 Jerks
Front squat - 6,6,4,2,2

Start the press complex at 95 lbs. Add 10 lbs each set, until you fail to complete 2 strict press. Continue the complex with just push press and jerks. Once you fail the 2 push press continue with the jerks until you fail to get 2 jerks. Rest 90 seconds between sets.
