Single arm DB Push press - 4x8 (per arm)
20RM Goblet squat

Build up to a weight that you can do for the single arm DB push press per arm. You will only have one arm loaded while doing these. You will NOT have a DB in your non pressing hand to act as a counterweight 

Stamina:
4 Rounds
1 Minute @ each station
Double KB Thrusters 53 lbs
Towel Pull-ups
Box jump overs 24 "
Rest 1 minute

Use 2 - 53 lb KBs for the double KB thrusters.
The clock will be continuous so be smart about your transitions to each movement. There is not rest between movements. There is a 1 minute rest between rounds.
