6 Front Foot Elevated Split Squats (per leg)

Rest 20 seconds

10 Dumbbell Strict Press

Rest 2 minutes

 

Use a 45 lb bumper plate or a platform that is 4" high. Hold the barbell in the back rack position for the front foot elevated split squats.

 

Stamina:

15 minutes - As Many Rounds as Possible

50' Overhead Walking Lunges 95lbs

30 Burpees Over the Bar

10 Pull-Ups
