Superset 4x
10 Lateral crossover step-ups 20" (per leg)
10m Death march
Use the same weight DBs (1 per hand) throughout the superset. For the lateral crossover step-ups stand perpendicular to a plyo box. You will then crossover your outside leg, placing the same foot on the box, engaging your glutes to step up onto the box, standing all the way up at the top. Step down by bringing the leg you used to step-up onto the box behind your support leg and onto the ground. Repeat going the opposite direction. This is one rep.
