Strength & Stamina:
1 Deadlift 275 lbs
2 Wall balls 20 lbs
3 Power cleans 185 lbs
4 Burpees
5 Shoulder to overhead 135 lbs
6 Box jump overs 24"
7 Thrusters 115 lbs
8 Dips
9 Lateral sandbag throws 65 lbs
10 Pull-ups
11 Wall balls 20 lbs
1200m Run
This is going to go like the song the “12 Days of Christmas. You will complete each movement in ascending order then work back down to 1, adding one exercise per round. Like this: 1 Deadlift; 2 Wall balls -1 Deadlift; 3 Power cleans - 2 Wall balls - 1 Deadlift; 4 Burpees - 3 Power cleans - 2 Wall balls - 1 Deadlift; etc, for a total of 364 reps.
