You will complete each movement in ascending order then work back down to 1, adding one exercise per round. Like this: 1 Deadlift; 2 Wall balls -1 Deadlift; 3 Power cleans - 2 Wall balls - 1 Deadlift; 4 Burpees - 3 Power cleans - 2 Wall balls - 1 Deadlift; etc, for a total of 364 reps.
