Build up to a 5RM single arm DB strict press per arm. Only one arm is working at a time. Your opposite hand is empty and used for balance.
Build up to heavy double back squat for the day using the provided working rep scheme.

12 KB front rack walking lunges 70 lbs (6 per leg)
Use 2 - 70 lb Kbs for the front rack walking lunges. Do not chicken wing your arms when holding the KBs. You want to maintain 3 points of contact with the KB; the bicep, chest, and forearm. Keeping your elbows tucked in.
