Strength:
5 Rounds
8 Close grip bench
10 Hammer curls
12 Skull crushers
Max effort Weighted chin-ups 25 lbs
20 Push-ups
10 DB rows

You choose the weights for the movements with the exception of the weighted chin-ups.
Move through at a nice easy pace, try to not get your heart rate super elevated.

Stamina:
6 x 400m Run
Rest 3 minutes between efforts
