Strength:
Superset 5x
7 Single arm DB bench press (per side)
Rest 20 seconds
5 Deadlifts
Rest 90 seconds
Build up to a weight for the single arm DB bench and deadlifts that you can do for all 5 sets.
You will do 7 reps on one arm, then 7 reps on the opposite arm, then rest for 20 seconds before knocking out a set of deadlifts.
Stamina:
30 Minute max distance run
Rest 5 minutes
5x100m Sprint
Rest 60 seconds
