Every minute on the minute you will do 2 bench press. You will start at 65 lbs and add 10 lbs every minute on the minute until you can no longer do 2 bench press

Stamina:
30 Minute max distance run
Rest 5 minutes
6x100m Sprint
Rest 1 minute
After your 30 minute max distance run you will rest for 5 minutes, then complete 6, 100m sprints, resting 1 minute between sprints.
