Incline Close Grip Bench Press - 5,5,5,5 @ 1 Rep in Reserve

Rest 2 minutes after each set


Rest 3 minutes before moving on to Strength 2


Strength 2

Strict Push-Ups - 3 Sets x Max Reps (unbroken)



5 Rounds - 90 seconds - As Many Reps as Possible

10 Side to Side Ball Slams @ 30/20lbs

10 Burpee Box Jump Overs @ 24/20in

Once 90 seconds is up Jog 400m after each round

Windshield Wipers - 3 Sets x 10 Reps (per side)

Rest 1 minute after each set
