Single arm DB bench - 4x6

Barbell curls - 4x10

Skull crushers - 4x8

Superset 4x

10 Chin-ups

Rest 20 seconds

10 Dips

 

Finish all sets of each movement before moving onto the next. Don't rush, take it easy and just get a pump

 

-Stamina:

400m Run

Rest 2 minutes

800m Run

Rest 4 minutes

1 Mile run

Rest 6 minutes

2 Mile run
