10 Minute AMRAP - Bench press @ body weight


Build up to your body weight on the bar and knock out as many reps as you can in 10 minutes, resting as needed between reps.


Suns Out Guns Out:

Superset 5x

12 DB rows (per side)

Rest 20 seconds

15 Skull crushers

Rest 90 seconds between sets



Every 3 minutes for 18 minutes complete:

400m Sprint
