If you’re looking for a great way to fuel your workouts or your day in general, this recipe book is for you. It has all of SOFlete’s greatest recipes broken out by meal (breakfast, snack, lunch, post-workout, and dinner) and by type (i.e. beef, pork, fish, etc. for dinners) to help make easy food decisions. The pictures with the meals make them more appetizing, and the cooking directions are very easy to follow whether you are a veteran chef or just starting out. The only minor complaint is that the ingredients are broken out for one serving, so do math if you’re meal prepping or cooking large quantities for a one-off meal for the whole family (I’m a History major, so if I can do it, so can you). I also enjoy physical media, so having a recipe book on hand makes it easier to pull up and share recipes from my kitchen. Buying this recipe book is a worthwhile investment for your hitting your performance goals.
