The first step for new members is finding the right training. All SOFLETE Programming is divided into teams. Each team has a specific focus, set of goals, and difficulty level. If the choice feels overwhelming, just answer a few simple questions in-app, and our TeamFinder will help find the right team for you and your goals.

Strength

Boosting power is the priority. You'll focus on building strength while still getting enough conditioning work to improve or maintain your stamina. Plus, you’ll get movement prep, mobility work, cool down & breathing work.

Stamina

Boosting endurance is the priority. You'll focus on building stamina while still getting enough strength work to improve or maintain your power. Plus, you’ll get movement prep, mobility work, cool down & breathing work.

Bodybuilding

Look amazing without sacrificing performance as a tactical athlete. You'll focus on gaining mass, increasing definition, and building unilateral strength so you can smash your aesthetic and performance goals.

Minimalist

Even with extremely limited access to equipment, you can still get your gains with this innovative, minimum equipment team.

Garage Fitness

Treat Yo Self RIGHT

Following SOFLETE's fitness programming and nutrition plan has yielded some AMAZING results for me. Got stronger. Lost 20 lbs. And then surprised everyone (including myself) in a friendly plank and burpees competition by hitting over 7 minutes in a continuous plank and under 7 minutes for 100 burpees. No world record, but not something I was even trying to hit, and my longest plank before that was like 3 minutes. Try it out, you won't regret it... except when you find yourself addicted to some of the best programming available.

Great diversity of programs and have stepped up their game

I first purchased the selection prep program in 2016/17 when it was a word document and was an early subscriber when the app first launched. I was able to not only improve the typical strength and stamina most want to improve, but what really solidified my choice was the recovery protocols and programs. My right leg is 1/4 inch shorter than my left so I have always had aches up my leg and lower back. I simply committed to doing the stretch protocols and significantly reduced my pain. These programs work and seeing where they were in 2016/17 to now, it’s safe to say these guys care and have really expanded for the better.
