Find a 2RM DB snatch per arm.

Build up to a weight that you can do for 4 sets of 10m of front rack walking lunges.

 

Stamina:

4 Rounds

2 Cycles of:

5 Power cleans 115 lbs

5 Front squats 115 lbs

5 Push press 115 lbs

5-10-5 Sprint

Rest 1 minute

 

You will go through the movements twice (that's 2 cycles) which will equal one round. You will then rest for a minute, then repeat for a total of 4 rounds.
