Use the same DB weight for the crossover step-ups and the death march
For a crossover step-up, stand perpendicular to a plyo box. Step-up onto the box with your outside foot by bringing it across your inside leg and onto the box. Stand up in full extension at the top of the box. Come down by crossing over the outside leg behind the inside leg and down off the box.
