With a Partner

Shuttle sprints - 40 x 100m (4x25m)

With remaining time complete AMRAP of:

30 Thrusters 75 lbs

30 Pull-ups

30 Lateral box jumps 20"

 

*Only 1 partner will work at a time

**Alternate partners with each 100m shuttle sprint so each partner completes 20 shuttle sprints.

***After completing the shuttle sprints the partners will complete the AMRAP, breaking up the reps between the partners any way they want.
