Barbell Box Step Up with Leg Lift - 5x8 reps (per side) @ as heavy as form allows
Rest 2 minutes
No more than 2-3 sets to warm up to working weight. Perform reps while maintaining proper position and posture throughout step ups.
Stamina:
5 Rounds

10 Deadlifts @ 155/105lbs
10 Weighted Sit Ups @ 45/35lbs
10 Jumping Air Squats
Walk 2 Minutes after each round
Sprint each round as fast as possible, use the 2 minutes to fully recovery. Try to maintain same time for all five rounds.
