As soon as you finish the 2 front squats, rerack the bar then immediately do the 4 back squats.

 

Stamina:

Every 5 Minutes for 20 Minutes:

300m Shuttle sprint (6x50m)

20 Wall balls 20 lbs

10 Burpees
