Strength:

Back squat clusters - 4x2,2,2,2 @ 75% of 1RM

10RM Strict press, 2x10 @ 90%

For one set of back squat cluster you will: Do 2 squats, rest 20 seconds, do 2 more squats, rest for 20 seconds, do 2 more squats, rest 20 seconds, do the last cluster of 2 and rest for 3 minutes.

 

Stamina:

800m Run

30 Sandbag ground to shoulder + squat 135 lbs

800m Run

You will bring the sandbag from the ground to your shoulder, then do a squat for each rep. You will not catch the sandbag in the squat. Each squat must start and end in the standing. Alternate shoulders each rep.
