SOFLETE App Terms of Use

Effective Date: 27 March 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and SOFLETE, LLC (“SOFLETE,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your use of the SOFLETE mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

SOFLETE is a coached fitness and performance platform that provides training programs, workout tracking, performance tracking, recovery insights, readiness scores, nutrition guidance, and communication tools for athletes, teams, and organizations.

The Service may integrate with third-party wearable devices and health platforms to generate recovery and readiness insights for training purposes.

The Service is intended for fitness, training, and performance purposes only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and are legally capable of entering into this agreement.

3. Health, Fitness, and Medical Disclaimer

The Service provides fitness, training, recovery, and nutrition-related information for informational and performance purposes only.

SOFLETE is not a medical provider.

The Service is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, monitor, or prevent any medical condition.

Recovery scores, readiness indicators, Stress Recovery State (SRS), and other metrics are estimates based on available data and are intended for training guidance only. They are not medical evaluations or medical advice.

You should consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise or nutrition program, or before making decisions based on information provided by the Service.

4. Assumption of Risk

Physical training and exercise involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Muscle strains
  • Sprains
  • Overtraining
  • Rhabdomyolysis
  • Cardiovascular events
  • Falls or accidents
  • Serious injury or death

By using the Service and participating in any training program, you acknowledge and agree that you do so voluntarily and at your own risk.

You assume full responsibility for your training, physical condition, and health.

Nutrition Disclaimer

The Service may provide meal plans, recipes, nutrition guidance, macro targets, and other nutrition-related content. Meal plans and recipes were developed and/or reviewed by registered dietitians; however, this content is provided for general informational and performance purposes only.

Nutrition information provided through the Service is not individualized medical nutrition therapy and is not intended to diagnose, treat, manage, or prevent any medical condition, disease, or eating disorder.

You are responsible for determining whether any meal plan, recipe, or nutrition recommendation is appropriate for your personal health, dietary restrictions, allergies, or medical conditions. You should consult a qualified healthcare provider or registered dietitian before making significant dietary changes.

SOFLETE is not responsible for any adverse reactions, allergies, or health issues that may result from recipes, meal plans, or nutrition recommendations provided through the Service.

4.1 Wearables and Health Data

The Service may provide meal plans, recipes, nutrition guidance, macro targets, and other nutrition-related content. Meal plans and recipes were developed and/or reviewed by registered dietitians; however, this content is provided for general informational and performance purposes only.

5. Wearables and Health Data

The Service may integrate with Apple Health, Garmin, Whoop, Fitbit, and other wearable or health data providers.

Data from these sources is used to generate recovery and readiness insights for training purposes.

This data may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable. SOFLETE is not responsible for errors, delays, or inaccuracies in data from third-party devices or services.

Wearable data and derived metrics are provided for fitness and training purposes only and are not medical advice.

6. Team and Organization Use

SOFLETE is a coached training platform. If you participate in a team, organization, or coached program:

  • Your workout performance
  • Training compliance
  • Performance history
  • Recovery and readiness insights (including SRS and trends)

may be visible to authorized coaches or administrators associated with your team or organization.

Coaches and organizations do not have access to your raw health data, such as individual heart rate readings, HRV logs, or sleep session details.

The Service is a training and performance tool and is not intended to be used as the sole basis for employment, fitness-for-duty, medical, or disciplinary decisions.

Organizations and coaches are solely responsible for how they use information from the Service.

7. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account information up to date.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Attempt to access other users’ data without authorization
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service to build a competing product
  • Share account credentials with unauthorized users

9. User Content

The Service may allow you to create, upload, or share content such as messages, comments, photos, images, attachments, workout notes, or other materials (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of any User Content you submit, but you grant SOFLETE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, host, process, reproduce, and display that content as necessary to operate and provide the Service.

User Content may be visible to your coach, team members, or organization administrators, depending on how it is shared within the Service.

You are solely responsible for the User Content you upload or share and for ensuring that such content does not include sensitive personal information, medical information, confidential information, or information you are not authorized to disclose.

You agree not to upload or share User Content that:

  • Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
  • Contains sensitive personal information such as medical records, Social Security numbers, or financial information
  • Contains confidential employer or operational information that you are not authorized to share
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains malware, malicious code, or harmful files

SOFLETE reserves the right to remove, review, or restrict User Content that violates these Terms or that we believe may harm the Service or other users.

10. Subscriptions and Billing

Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees
  • Allow recurring billing if applicable
  • Provide accurate billing information

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or using account settings.

Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked, but certain data may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted
  • The Service will be error-free
  • Data will always be accurate
  • The Service will meet your expectations
  • The Service will improve performance or fitness

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOFLETE and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Injuries or health issues related to training
  • Decisions made based on Service data
  • Loss of data
  • Service interruptions
  • Device or wearable failures
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOFLETE’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SOFLETE from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your training activities
  • Your User Content
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your organization’s use of the Service
  • 15. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration and not in court, except for small claims court matters.

You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions.

Arbitration shall take place in Delaware, unless otherwise required by law.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
