If you connect a third-party wearable account (such as Garmin, Whoop, or Fitbit), your wearable data (such as heart rate, HRV, sleep, and activity data) may be transmitted to us through this aggregation service so that we can provide recovery insights, training recommendations, and related features.
When you connect a wearable account, you will be presented with the relevant third-party disclosures and permission screens and will be asked to consent to the sharing of your data as part of the connection process.
We use this data solely to provide and improve the Service. We do not sell wearable data and do not use it for advertising or marketing purposes. The wearable provider and aggregation service may also process your data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
You can disconnect a wearable connection at any time within the app settings, which will stop future data sharing from that device.

4. Coach and Organizational Access to Your Data
SOFLETE is a coached training platform. Participation in a coached program, team, or organization is a core part of how the Service operates. In order to receive training programs, cycles, and workouts, users are typically assigned to a team, program, or organization within SOFLETE.
As part of participating in a team or coached program, certain training, performance, and recovery insights are visible to authorized coaches or organizational administrators associated with your program. This visibility allows coaches and organizations to monitor training compliance, performance, and readiness, and to adjust training programs accordingly.
By creating an account and participating in a coached program or organization within SOFLETE, you acknowledge that your training performance, compliance, and training-related activity will be visible to authorized coaches or administrators associated with your program.
Recovery and readiness insights are generated using health and wearable data only if you choose to connect a wearable device or enter health-related metrics and provide consent for the use of that data. If you provide such consent, derived recovery and readiness insights may be visible to authorized coaches or administrators as part of the coached training platform. Coaches do not have access to detailed raw health data.
SOFLETE is a coached performance platform, and visibility into training performance, compliance, and readiness insights is a core part of how coaching and program delivery function within the Service. By participating in a coached program, team, or training cycle within SOFLETE, you acknowledge that coaches and authorized administrators will have access to training and performance information as described in this section. Recovery and readiness insights are only generated and shared if you choose to connect a wearable device or enter health-related data and provide consent for the use of that data.
4.1 What Coaches and Organizations Can See
Authorized coaches or administrators may be able to view:
- Display name and training-related profile information
- Workout completion and compliance data
- Performance data (weights, reps, times, distances, benchmark results, and personal records)
- Training history and progress over time
- Leaderboard participation and rankings (if enabled)
-
Recovery and readiness insights, including:
- Stress Recovery State (SRS) scores
- Readiness indicators
- Recovery trends over time (e.g., improving, stable, declining)
- Summarized or directional changes in recovery-related metrics
These recovery and readiness insights are performance-oriented indicators derived from multiple data inputs and are intended to support training decisions. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or monitor any medical condition.
Recovery and readiness insights are generated using health and wearable data only if you choose to connect a wearable device or manually enter health-related metrics and provide consent for the use of that data.
4.2 What Coaches and Organizations Cannot See
Coaches and organizations do not have access to:
- Your email address
- Your account password or authentication credentials
- Your personal contact information
- Granular raw health data such as individual heart rate values, HRV readings, sleep session logs, or detailed wearable data records
Instead, coaches are provided with aggregated, summarized, trended, or derived insights designed to support training decisions. Coaches may be shown visualizations of trends (such as charts or graphs) that display normalized values, directional changes, or aggregated trends over time, but these visualizations do not expose underlying raw metric values.
These summarized or derived insights are intended to support training and coaching decisions and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or monitor any medical condition.
4.3 Internal Access for Support and Troubleshooting
The access restrictions described in this Section apply to coaches and organizations. Authorized internal personnel, including customer support, engineering, security, and system administration personnel, may access account, integration, and health-related data only as reasonably necessary to:
- Operate and maintain the Service
- Investigate syncing or technical issues
- Provide customer support
- Maintain system security
- Comply with legal obligations
Such access is restricted by role-based access controls, limited to the minimum information reasonably necessary for the task, and subject to logging and monitoring.
4.4 Team Membership and Data Visibility
If you are removed from or leave a team or program, you may lose access to assigned training cycles, workouts, and coaching features associated with that team or program.
Leaving a team will stop future sharing of new training and recovery data with coaches associated with that team through the SOFLETE platform. However, your historical training records, performance data, and previously generated recovery and readiness insights may still be retained by SOFLETE and may remain visible to authorized coaches or administrators as part of the platform’s coaching, recordkeeping, and program management functions.
Data visibility and retention may vary depending on team structure, coaching relationships, and applicable agreements between SOFLETE and the organization sponsoring or administering a program.
5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only in the following circumstances:
- With service providers who help operate the platform (such as hosting, authentication, wearable integrations, analytics, and payment processing)
- With coaches and organizations as described in Section 4
- With other users through leaderboards, if you enable visibility
- If required by law or legal process
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
We may use aggregated and de-identified data (which cannot reasonably be used to identify any individual) for analytics, research, product development, and to understand the effectiveness of our training programs and services. We may publish aggregated statistics such as average improvements in performance, compliance, or recovery metrics, provided that such information does not identify any individual.
6. Data Storage and Security
We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your data, including:
- Encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL)
- Encryption at rest where supported by our infrastructure
- Access controls and authentication protections
- Database security policies and role-based access controls
7. Offline Data
Some data may be stored locally on your device when you use the app offline and synced when connectivity is restored. You can clear local data by logging out or uninstalling the app.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
- Account data: retained while your account is active
- Performance and training data: retained to maintain training history
- Health and recovery data: retained to provide trends and recovery insights
- Deleted accounts: personal data deleted within [30 days], unless required by law

You may:
- Access your data within the app
- Request a copy of your data
- Correct your information
- Request the deletion of your account and data
- Disconnect wearable integrations
- Revoke Apple Health permissions
- Control leaderboard visibility
Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.

10. Health and Nutrition Disclaimer
SOFLETE provides fitness, training, recovery, and nutrition-related insights for informational and performance purposes only.
The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The metrics, scores, and recommendations presented in the app (including SRS and recovery insights) are not intended to replace professional medical judgment.

You should consult a qualified healthcare provider or registered dietitian before making decisions based on health or nutrition data, or before beginning any training or nutrition program.
11. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
