SOFLETE was founded in 2015 because Special Operations Forces (SOF) operators had a massive gap in their physical training. Unit coaches were treating us like football players who also needed to be able to move long distance, or worse, ultra marathoners who needed to be strong. With backgrounds forged in combat and coaching at a gym, the SOFLETE team decided to set their own path and make an impact. In our 10th year of business, the landscape for training tactical Athletes (LETE) has changed drastically — and we’ve been a significant driver of that change and innovation.
