Today we're going to mix things up a bit. You've got a sprint triathlon; feel free to adjust the distances slightly to fit any local routes/trails you have access to. As ever with SOFLETE- bonus points if you can get outside! This should be a strong effort, but don't smoke yourself on this- we aren't looking for Personal Bests today.
Warm up as needed, then:
750 meter Swim
20 K Bike
5 K Run
Don't worry if you're not able to complete the segments back to back, just get them done as you can. To make this session more gym friendly, try substituting the swim for a 3k Row.
