Strength:

2RM Hang power clean

Bench press - 5 Min AMRAP @ Body weight

 

After building up to the equivalent of your body weight (rounded to the nearest 5 lbs), do a as many reps as possible in 5 minutes.

 

Stamina:

100 Sandbag ground to shoulder 135 lbs

5 Lateral burpees over sandbag @ the top of every minute

At top of every minute perform 5 lateral burpees over the sandbag until you complete all 100 sandbag ground to shoulder
