25m Farmer's carry 70 lbs

10 Sandbag ground to shoulder 95 lbs

25m Lateral sandbag throw 95 lbs

10 Depth push-ups

25m Sprint

 

*Use a 70 lb KB per hand

**Alternate sides with each lateral sandbag throw rep

***Use a 45 lb bumper plate under each hand for the depth push-ups
