Bench press - 3,3,3,3,3,3,3

DB Split squats - 4x8 + 10 second pause on last rep

 

You will do 4 sets of 8 reps per leg for the DB split squats with a 10 second pause on the last rep of each set of each leg. You will pause with your knee 2-3" off of the ground.

 

Stamina:

15 Minute Clock

1 Mile run

With remaining time AMRAP of:

5 Sandbag Ground to shoulder 95 lbs

5 Sandbag bear hug squats 95 lbs

5 Sandbag get-ups 95 lbs
