40 Minute AMRAP

50m Zercher carry 135 lbs

10 Box step-ups 135 lbs

50m Overhead carry 135 lbs

10 Sandbag get-ups 95 lbs

50m Sandbag bearhug carry 95 lbs

10 Burpees

50m Farmer's carry 70 lbs

 

For the box step-ups hold the barbell in the back rack position using a 20" box.

Do 5 sandbag get-ups per side

Use 2 - 70 lb KBs for the farmer's carries.
